It is well known that d2l-0.17.6 is only suited to x86_64. If developers used arm, they can't use this package with the version 0.17.6 to learn dive_into_deep_learning course, and if they used the newest version, they will find there are many functions in the book but not in the d2l package. So I repackaged the d2l-0.17.6 to d2l-0.17.6-arm64, and now developers included me can use the d2l package to learn happily.
