LGTM — bonne prise, c'est bien un bug dans la méthodologie.
La page a deux sections :
- Ligne 139 : titre "subventions" mais le contenu décrit les marchés publics (3 facteurs : quantité, exhaustivité, qualité)
- Ligne 224 : titre "subventions" avec le contenu correct (ratio subventions détaillées / budget)
La PR corrige la première instance (139) → "marchés publics". La seconde (224) reste inchangée car elle est correcte.
Le reformatage du paragraphe plus haut est purement cosmétique (retour à la ligne), aucun changement de contenu.
