The MENAAP MTI team have requested support for using ACLED data to understand conflict trends in Haiti.
The assignment includes an analysis of conflict events, and its proximity to road networks (ongoing).

ACLED (Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project): Conflict event data providing detailed information about the dates, actors, locations, fatalities, and types of conflict events across Haiti. Used to analyze temporal and spatial patterns of conflict.

World Bank Administrative Boundaries: Official administrative boundary data at admin 0 (country), admin 1 (department), and admin 2 (commune) levels from the World Bank ArcGIS REST Services. Enables spatial analysis and mapping of conflict patterns across Haiti's administrative divisions.
