Description of Change
Document the new authentication options that are introduced by dependency-check/dependency-check-gradle#428
Fixup some existing documentation (put slack and hostedsuppressions in the main config block and ensure that dependencyCheckAnalyze and dependencyCheckAggregate are documenting the same set of options)
