Replaced qrcode files for both dark and light themes so that they are both accessible. Also, new qrcodes contain devstaff logo because why no :).

Inserts an action icon in the top bar for larger screens and a floating button for small ones.
Note: Current PR does not "play" with the app's color schemes/palettes, but rather with the ability to switch between light and dark themes. In order to maintain the current app's usability, it was necessary to upload a new version of the qr code for the dark theme.
