Azure Data Factory Terraform module
This PR introduces a new Terraform module for Azure Data Factory (ADF) along with automated Terratest cases in Go for validating its functionality. The module and tests aim to provide a reusable, maintainable, and fully testable infrastructure-as-code solution for deploying ADF resources in Azure.
