Processor plugin improvements

• needs test for uninstall a plugin and still be able to edit the watch
• test for the options show up when in processor
• the real test could be to install the OSINT module from pypi and check the form etc works
• missing text filters
• and Setting ALLOWED_PROCESSORS=restock_diff enviroment, lose checkbox #3814

then the osint module should have its own packaged way of testing in github (I guess kinda the same code/script/pytest actually)
