- Added createCollectionTool for creating new collections.
- Added updateCollectionTool for updating the meta information of existing collections.
- Both tools are defined in src/tools/collections.ts and exported via index.ts.
- Input schemas were created using Zod, and integration with the Directus SDK was implemented according to the project architecture.
