• I placed Razor component examples in every section for >=8.0, while retaining updated Razor Pages examples for <8.0.
• Dropping the bloatware 😆 samps ... IMO, they're not necessary for such simple guidance, not particularly well maintained (ancient .NET targets), not particularly easy to use, not particularly well programmed, and bloating the repo with a gazillion files. I think the simple cut-'n-paste, fully working examples that are in the text here are easy for devs to drop into a sample if they want to play with them. I also place the output under the examples showing what will be rendered.
• I updated the API cross-links.
• Dropping the INCLUDES versioning! 🎉 No broken links, no duplicate content, and easier to maintain IMO.
• For the Use DI services to configure options section (and its pair of subsections), fully working demo code would be nice, but I don't have time right now to flesh them out. These have obviously always been considered advanced scenarios. I guess they could stay like this. If you want them fleshed out, I'll leave it to you to open an issue, but I have tons 🐘 of work to do elsewhere for the foreseeable future, so I think it would fall to you, Wade, or a community cat to resolve such an issue.

I plan to return to the Middleware overhaul PR tomorrow (Wednesday) to see if I can shed the INCLUDES file on that one. Done! 👍 on #36616.
