Update Plugin for OpenCart4

Here is the update

• Restructure OpenCart 4 ( now in folder extension outside admin or catalog, not inside it)
• Update name class and namespaces
• Add Install.json for OCMOD
• Fix usage of Environment (erase endpoint)
• Update Twig to use bootstrap 5
• Add failure and pending for return pages
• Add logger
• Add Validation expiry period

POP can have POP UP and redirect, both already using same return pages, and callback, the different is just on the checkout pages
