This pull request consists mostly of a rewrite of the MMU-introduction, in complete Markdown-glory as well as a bit more cleaned up code with more comments. I based the README.md loosely on the README-file which existed previously. The text should be easier to read and easier to follow now.
The code-rewrite mostly tries to explain more things in the form of comments and variable names, which state the value in the name itself.
