This Pull Request introduce a clear separation between the CI pipeline and the release pipeline, and uses https://helm.sh/docs/howto/chart_releaser_action/ to release to Github Pages, addressing #2
Unfortunately because of this issue helm/chart-releaser-action#150, the official Chart Releaser action doesn't work well with the style of releases adopted by BanzaiCloud. There is currently a pull request open to fix the action here helm/chart-releaser-action#154, but temporarily we use the fork of the action
