Lyricfier 0.3 - Release for Win, Mac and Linux

First build for Windows, Mac and Linux:

• New systray icon to show Lyricfier running in background

• Songs already searched will be saved (and served from a local database). Edits are allowed.

• Vuejs and es6 modules for building the frontend app
