Add PnL cumsum plot to backtest output#560

Plot cumulative net realized PnL (pnl + fees) and realized + unrealized PnL from backtest fills, independent of BTC collateral price movements. Outputs pnl_cumsum.png in each backtest results directory. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
