The Dynamic Exploration Graph (DEG) [1] is designed for evolving datasets; nevertheless, it outperforms HNSW, NSG, and others in static settings. This pull request adds DEG with a single set of build parameters suggested by the authors. While the repository [2] also includes code for the continuous refining Exploration Graph (crEG) [3], its search performance is similar to DEG. crEG offers only the additional advantage of being multithreaded, which is irrelevant for this benchmark.
