I added documentation to the header file based on how espeak-ng uses it and how the implementations are written. While I was careful, it is possible that I got something wrong. I also added an example of using the library to the README.md. The example was tested on my machine.
With documentation, it is easier for other projects to use pcaudiolib. For example, if they already depend on espeak-ng for other parts, using pcaudiolib means they can play audio cross-platform without adding a new dependency.
