The current code seems to call to implicitly-deleted copy constructor of 'CreateSecretInfo', which isn't necessary.

The current code seems to call to implicitly-deleted copy constructor of 'CreateSecretInfo', which isn't necessary. This results in the extension to fail to build for duckdb v1.3.0.
