What existing problem does the pull request solve?
siteConfig.jsincludes a property named asrepoUrlwhich is commented earlier, this property was used as ahreffor star link in the footer, so it caused it to not work as expected.Test Plan (required)
You can simply try the star link in the footer to see if it works or not.
