Add multi-channel evidence-aware reporting

Summary

• add a SimUniverse renderer module plus a Jinja2 template and React component so evidence-aware runs can be exported as HTML dashboards, notebooks, or JSON payloads for the UI
• extend the run_toe_heatmap_with_evidence.py CLI with options for saving Markdown, HTML, Jupyter, and React outputs, and update the README with the new workflow
• cover the new serialization utilities and CLI defaults with regression tests
