Project Standard Core — Public Surface

A policy-first standard for defining how a project is governed, changed, released, and sustained.

This repository is a public proof surface: it explains the model, the domain structure, and the release semantics — without distributing the full policy-text payload.

What this is

• A concise public overview of the Repo 1 governance-core standard: Identity & Scope, Governance & Authority, Contribution Model, Collaboration Operations, Quality & Change Control, Release & Versioning, Security Disclosure, Support & Sustainability.
• A stable navigation surface for readers, clients, and teams.
• A release log that tracks the evolution of the standard as policy text.

What this is not

• Not the full policy-text content.
• Not CI/CD, automation, or enforcement (those are separate repos).
• Not verification/test harnesses (separate repo).
• Not complete runnable examples (that is the Reference/Examples repo).
