This study (Pan et al., 2025) constructs a cell type and cell state specific isoform atlas in normal adult hearts and heart failure. High throughput and high coverage long-read single nuclei sequencing, snNanoRNAseq (Shiau et al., 2023) were performed on the left ventricle tissues of 6 non-diseased and 6 heart failure donors. Both known isoforms with full-splice-match and novel isoforms were analyzed. Codes are distributed in the scripts/ folder. Raw and processed data were shared through GEO (GSE288222).
