Code supplementing manuscript

Code accompanying manuscript "A comparison among three ways to assemble wall-to-wall land-cover maps from distribution models of vegetation types". Code contains procedure to create wall-to-wall map of vegetation types covering the study area of terrestrial Norway, produced using three methods for assembling individual predictions from Distribution models (DM_maxval, DM_AUC and DM_preval).
