Description
This PR removes the connections between feature grid and other plugins like metadata explorer, catalog, table of content. It removes the functionality of closing one another. Now, all the container will be displayed.

What is the current behavior?
When feature grid opens, plugins such as TOC, catalog closes automatically to create some space, and vice-versa.

The connection between feature grid, catalog, TOC, metadata explorer have been removed.
