The Form's default form.html.twig has blocks that can be overridden to change the markup. Do not overwrite the whole twig as changes to the Form plugin functionality then need to be copied in all themes.

Fixed form wrong classes
It's just a hot fix, I'm not sure about the
templates/forms/form.html.twigbecause there is a problem with<div class="buttons">section from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-form/develop/templates/forms/default/form.html.twig
