Update from 12.0 to 18.0.4. Twitter Post Fetcher 12.0 was causing an error to be thrown, and I expect wasn't working. This update appears to resolve that.

Update from 12.0 to 18.0.4.
Twitter Post Fetcher 12.0 was causing an error to be thrown, and I expect wasn't working, perhaps due to changes in Twitter API. This update appears to resolve that.
