ChangeLog
- v1.5.3 release was somewhat problematic for HDR due to the new nits code on Windows and Linux.

- Moved Render/HDR/HDR Data, Render/HDR/Tonemap and Render/HDR/Gamut Mapping earlier in the menu, as they will now get used more often.
- Improved performance of Vulkan backend by compressing the push constants. If they don't fit in your graphics card constant limits, they are split into a an UBO. My RTX 3080 has only 256 bytes of push_constants which libplacebo now eats.
- Fixed playback when switching clips always playing them even if they had been stopped.
- Upgraded FLTK to v1.6.1.
- Upgraded OpenJPH to v0.26.0.

Difference between OpenGL and Vulkan
Vulkan is a new open source API, compared to OpenGL that it might get deprecated on some platforms like macOS. It supports true HDR (High Dynamic Range), it is about 20% to 50% faster than the OpenGL version but it does not support OpenUSD.
OpenGL's main benefit at this point is that it supports OpenUSD and works better on older CPUs (macOS Intel and Linux X11 backend).
