…Tupfile to project root directory and TUP_RWD with path from root directory to parsed Tupfile. Tests are still missing.
Input files to !tup-variant are included in variant directories via symlink. Patch adapted for modern tup by Brad Jensen <brad@bradjensen.net>.

I tried to modify as little as possible.I didn't create any tests, because I couldn't find documentation about rules for them.
