This PR adds an Environment Variable (
QUICKPIZZA_OTEL_SERVICE_NAME_LEGACY) with a Boolean value (defaults to off) to use the Component Name as the Service Name for OTEL Tracing to restore the Legacy behavior from before aa7b627This is particularly useful when QuickPizza is deployed in a Microservices Mode, as it allows you to easily correlate Metrics, Logs, Traces and Profiles Telemetry with one another, and improves the experience for APM too.
