This adds new docs examples for background-friendly GitHub Actions, including `database-tunnel`, `application-tunnel`, and `application-proxy`. It additionally adds a new manual example for using a generic background bot with the new `tbot wait` feature.
Fixes various issues after a manual testing pass, and removes outstanding TODOs.
