La commune de Condé-en-Normandie (code: 14174) entoure une autre commune et fait donc une sorte de boucle. Le format GeoJSON ne permettant pas d'avoir 2 fois les mêmes coordonnées sur un élément hors coordonnées de début et de fin, les coordonnées de cette ville faisait planter certains logiciels. Ce commit corrige ce soucis en changeant le type de type de geometry de Polygon à MultiPolygon
