Thanks for sending the PR! I tested it out but realized it made the scrollbar style inconsistent across panels. I tried another approach #350, would you mind taking a look at your convenience? I'm not a CSS expert and open for different solutions :)

Changed the scrollbar's style using the border right side. Any element which className is
scrolled-borderwill have a same feature.
