Create example what FAQ page might be like

Hi, this PR is about the potential of creating an FAQ page. Does anyone see any value in this?
I had to recently reach out to the organizers with a lot of questions and in the end ultimately thought that it might be useful if we shared those answers on a simple little FAQ page where people could find the answer to the most common questions.

This PR is a work in progress and for example the FAQ link on the index page needs some style changes, etc. So it's not finalized yet, but more of a conversation starter.

FAQ page is a good idea. 👍

Would be a good to collect all of the relevant questions together:

• What kind of presentations are fit to the event?
• What are requirements for presentations?
• What are requirements for potential event hosts?
• Are there any community guidelines for people's behaviour? (just in case...)
• Who to contact if there are issues?

There might be other things that people have been frequently asking over the years, so FAQ page is a good thing to have. Thank you for the initial structure.

Thanks @jumpalottahigh for this and @d2s for the extra questions. I think an FAQ page is a good idea. Let's give a bit of time for anyone to comment more questions here. After that I can write down the answers. 🙂

@sarukuku Should you post a message to HelsinkiJS Facebook page/group about this, so people could more easily share their questions? Would make sense in the long run.

Maybe a good MVP would be to develop the questions and the copy in a README.md or github wiki, then build that into the site?

As soon as you create that file / wiki it could be linked to on the live site and would act as a placeholder for a future page. This would allow easy editing and PR's / issues to be made against it.

Here are some questions I would have as a potential speaker:

1. Are you currently accepting speakers?
2. What is the process to apply?
3. What topics are suitable? Or better requested by the attendees.
4. What is the JSHelsinki audience like?
5. What if I have never given a presentation?
6. How can I create a presentation?
7. Can my company sponsor the event?
8. Can I promote a product / service that I work at during the talk?
9. If my talk is not accepted, can I receive feedback?
10. How are the talks selected?
11. What is the timeframe to apply to then be accepted then to speak?
12. Is there a code of conduct?
13. What is the location(s) of the event?
14. How long is the talk expected to be?
15. Can I invite people to the event? If so how many? (example clients, coworkers, etc.)
16. Why should someone speak at HelsinkiJS? What is the benefit to them.
17. Are the events recorded or broadcast live?
18. What if I get sick or otherwise cannot make the event?
