Right now, potato is my personal diet log. It helps me:
- calculate calories and macros
- adjust habits slowly and sustainably
- stay full and satisfied just like a good potato
Why "potato"? Because it's one of the most satiating foods, hehe

- add cauliflower
- add cucumber
- add poached chicken breast
- remove cereal
- remove fried chicken breast
- add avocado
- add sirloin
- reduce protein portion
- remove ground beef
- add chard
- add siggis
- add tomatoes
- add cabbage
- add fried chicken breast
