Under the section on incentives. Fixes intarchboard#7. The second bullet in intarchboard#7 was already addressed as part of adding the incentives section, and this PR addresses the first bullet of intarchboard#7. Signed-off-by: Dave Thaler <dthaler1968@gmail.com>
