This PR is a re-submission of intel/llvm-test-suite#1627 due to that repo now being archived. It was approved there but resubmitting here for integration and re-approval. It was necessary to change the work group size from 1024 to 256 as before is exceeded the maximum of the test hardware I used to test on. It doesn't affect the results. |

This patch updates the
atomic_memory_order*E2E tests to include thelevel_zeroandopenclbackends, as these should now return the required memory order capability sets tested in and required by these tests.
