Changes in this release:
- Added support to configure EPOLL/POLL mode
- Added USDM APIs to enable zero-copy DMA operations using IOVA mapping with user-allocated memory buffers
- Simplified file license headers to use SPDX identifiers and only BSD3
- Removed unnecessary Dual GPLv2/BSD3 license headers
