Added staff management and fixed some issues
- Added
/staffcmd, /staffrole and /staff command - Fixed the server crashes occur when the command returned feedback is too long in some situration like
/commandlist [The one who disabled feedback will not have this issue] - Some command now supported in server console input
- Added enum handler in command handler
- Improved command handler logic on using moderation command on other operator
