Forward inherited members in generated draft

Adds support for forwarding members inherited from super types in generated drafts.

Resolves #7.

@josiahsrc I included the .gitignore modification after changing the VSCode local settings and set the auto formatter's line length to 80 characters.

I think it'd be helpful to either ignore local configs or enforce some standard rules (e.g. the line length) and push it in the repo. Maybe not as part of this PR, though?

@tomwyr sorry about that. i still need to fix up the pipelines. i've never done a dart pipeline before. and... looks like this one isn't working very well. lol. i pushed up those changes manually.

I see, ty, and thanks for publishing. Apparently, only pipelines triggered by pushing a tag can publish to pub.dev.. the more you know.
