Theme updated for Ghost v1.x

• Updated Bastard theme to work in Ghost v1.x
• removed Bower dependencies
• updated package dependencies

New scrollbars for displaying source code, updated HighlightJs

• added horizontal/vertical scrollbars to code tag for easier reading
• added custom styles for scrollbars
• removed word wrapping when displaying source code using HighlightJs
• updated HighlightJs to v9.4

New build system, more language supported in latest version of Highlight.js

Minor updates:

• new build system using Gulp (for faster builds)
