This PR will bump kepler.gl to v2.4 and tableau-extensions-api lib to latest (1.4). It also fixes a bug encountered when hovering on hex layer (when trying to get underlying points for tableau interaction).
I am still seeing issues with points rendering, I saw this bug on kepler.gl keplergl/kepler.gl#827 but should be fixed in 2.4 correct?
