This Agreement ("The Contract") is made between the provider of the web application "HUHH" ("The Software Provider") and any individual or entity that accesses or uses HUHH ("The User"). By accessing or using HUHH, the User agrees to the terms set forth in this Contract.
By using HUHH, the User acknowledges and agrees that this Contract is binding. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must immediately cease using HUHH.
2.1. The User acknowledges that HUHH is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
2.2. The Software Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of time, reputational damage, or any other harm resulting from the use of HUHH.
2.3. The Software Provider assumes no responsibility for any unintended consequences, including but not limited to frustration, confusion, embarrassment, or annoyance caused by the app.
3.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that the act of being redirected to or exposed to a rickroll through HUHH ("The Roll") is an inherent and intended function of HUHH.
3.2. The Software Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from any ricks that have been rolled, including but not limited to psychological impact, workplace disturbances, or any personal inconveniences suffered by the User.
4.1. The User agrees not to initiate or participate in any form of legal action, claim, or proceeding against the Software Provider in connection with their use of HUHH.
4.2. In the event of any dispute, the User agrees that their sole remedy is to discontinue use of HUHH.
4.3. Should any legal claim be brought despite this provision, the User agrees to indemnify the Software Provider for all legal costs, fees, and damages incurred.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using HUHH, the User affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Deal? Deal.
