• Adds more safety checks for deleting files, by checking if a file or folder is owned by another package.
• Adds ability to 'uninstall' packages, which determines paths to delete, furthermore unregisters the package afterwards.
  • NOTE: this will not delete all files for many pkg's, as they can often have install scripts which can modify more than just installing files.
