Starting code to use GPU. Following #16

• Invoke some code on GPU from cards (Can create hand)
• Solve hand strength on GPU
  Currently can't compile compile pub enum Ranking { and other enums that contain struct. Also need to get rid of alloc, tho there have been examples of how to use custom Allocator in GPU https://github.com/LykenSol/rust-gpu-lodestar
• Pass compute to GPU
