This commit creates three new markdown files in the root directory: - ot.md: Concatenation of Old Testament books (01-39) - nt.md: Concatenation of New Testament books (40-66) - full.md: Concatenation of all books The files are generated by combining the respective files from the `by_book` directory, with a markdown separator (`---`) between each book's content.
