if server is launched via --domain, all new client requests will receive a subdomain using that variable's domain (instead of replying with request's host) e.g. server listens for connection requests on localtunnel.me and local.lt but replies with a subdomain *.loca.lt

In order to specify the port range that client application will use to connect to server, I have copied following pull request and adapted it for your new version.
