The previous "files" icon (lucide/files) looked too similar to clipboard copy icons, causing user confusion. Changed to a folder-with-files icon (lsicon/folder-files-outline) which more clearly indicates file viewing functionality. Closes #5833 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
