Reverted the CPU underclocking, added back the missing Profile, extended polling fix across multiple thermal config files.

Pixel 10 Pro Thermal Fix - fixed wrong path, added underclock

• Path Fix: Migrated config to /vendor/etc/ to ensure correct Magisk mounting.
• Frequency Ceiling: Restricted Prime Core (CPU7) to 3.02GHz and Mid-Core A to 2.6GHz when skin temperature exceeds 37°C.
• Power Rail Optimization: Capped Mid-Core B (CPU5-6) at 2.3GHz to reduce voltage sag on the shared S2M_VDD_CPU2 rail.
