I'm not sure what to do about the other languages in strings.xml, so please let me know if there's some process I should follow there. |

I haven't heard any feedback on this PR so far. Is there anything I can do to move it along? This would be a nice quality-of-life update for the app. |

Currently, sharing a post just shares the URL, which doesn't give much context when I email it to myself for later reference and want to remember what it was about. This PR adds the beginning of the status message as well to add that context.
