Python Packaging Updates:

Replace deprecated setup.py with modern pyproject.toml
Update the installation to use pip3 install .

Search Engine Cleanup:

Remove 10 offline search engines (darksearchio, notevil, phobos, etc.)
Add new search engine: torch

Documentation:

Update the README with the current search engine list
Add the Tor installation requirement
Update and improve the setup instructions
