An app to minimize email correspondence between students and the relevant staff handling the ERASMUS application process and the paperwork required throughout said process via interactive forms.
Different functionalities and screens for different stakeholders:

User Profile: Contains all files related to that specific user, important information, and current status (for students) in the application process.
Automated Placement of applicants: Reads data from excel and places the applicants.
University Information: General information about the universities and the mean score of previously nominated students.
Review System: Students who have already studied under ERASMUS can evaluate their universities and share their experiences.
Courses: Students will be able to see the courses taken before by former ERASMUS students.
Automated Workload Distribution: Workload is distributed between coordinators.
Announcements Page: Relevant news is shared on this page.
PDF Reader: Parses the uploaded pdf into a format usable in the application(for example a text file).
Forum: A forum wherein students can ask questions and former ERASMUS students and coordinators can answer them.
DM system: To reduce email correspondence.
